These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Cassandra, an AI chat assistant operated by Unaded at unaded.com/cassandra. By using Cassandra — whether as a guest or a registered user — you agree to these Terms.
Cassandra is a general-purpose AI chat service. It is not a medical device, not FDA-cleared, and does not establish a professional-client or physician-patient relationship.
Cassandra is an AI chat assistant configured with high reasoning effort and high verbosity plus live web search grounding on every reply. Replies are streamed to your browser token-by-token in real time. This configuration produces deeper, more thorough answers than standard consumer AI products.
More thorough does not mean infallible. AI-generated content may be incorrect, outdated, or incomplete. Cassandra is a thinking tool — not a source of guaranteed facts, and not a substitute for professional advice in any field.
Cassandra may be used for any lawful purpose by adults 18 and older. It is not restricted to medical or radiology topics. It is a general-purpose assistant available to anyone.
Guest access. You may use Cassandra without an account, subject to the credit limits configured for guest users. Your identity as a guest is tracked via a browser session cookie and, as a fallback, a one-way hash of your IP and user-agent. This fallback means that clearing your cookie or using an incognito window on the same device typically restores your existing balance automatically. Switching to a different browser or device without a claim link may still cause you to lose access to your guest credits.
Registered accounts. Creating an account requires an email address, a username, and a password. Your account is for your personal use only — do not share your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Eligibility. By using Cassandra, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
Account termination. You may close your account at any time by contacting admin@unaded.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Unused purchased credits associated with an account terminated for cause may be forfeited.
Cassandra uses a credit system. Credits represent your spending budget for AI compute. One credit equals one US dollar of underlying compute cost multiplied by a markup factor that covers payment processing fees and operating margin.
Registered users receive a base credit allowance configured in our system. Guest users receive a lower allowance. These may change; we’ll notify account holders of material changes.
Additional credits may be purchased at any time through a secure hosted checkout page. You are redirected to complete payment there. We never see or store your card number.
Purchased credits do not expire while your account is active. Guest credits do not expire while your session cookie exists and the claim link has not been used by another session.
Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If a technical error on our side incorrectly depleted your balance, contact us within 14 days and we will review and correct it.
We may adjust the markup factor or base allowance at any time. Changes apply to future usage only — your existing purchased balance is not retroactively affected.
After purchasing credits as a guest, a claim link is displayed and optionally emailed. This link allows you to restore your credit balance on another device or after clearing cookies. Each claim link is single-use.
Every reply Cassandra generates displays the exact amount deducted from your balance when you hover over it. Your usage widget shows the running total of credits used and remaining. Nothing about pricing is hidden.
Every response Cassandra generates is produced by a large language model — plus live web search results retrieved at the time of your query. That output has inherent limitations:
If you are a medical professional: Do not use Cassandra output as the basis for clinical decisions about specific patients without independent verification. Cassandra is a general assistant, not a clinical decision-support tool, and is not cleared for clinical use.
You may use Cassandra for any lawful personal, creative, research, or professional purpose. You may save, share, and build on Cassandra’s outputs for your own use.
You may not:
No PHI in Cassandra. If you type a patient identifier into a Cassandra message, that text is processed and logged on our server — the same as any other query. We cannot retroactively remove it once processed. You are solely responsible for what you submit.
Cassandra’s replies, payment processing, and location-based analytics rely on infrastructure we operate and maintain. We are responsible for how that infrastructure handles your data, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Approximate country / region / city may be derived from your IP address for internal analytics only; no message content is used for this purpose. Payment is completed on a secure hosted checkout page; we receive confirmation that payment succeeded before granting any credits, and we never see or store your card number.
Unaded’s IP. The Cassandra name, branding, interface design, and AI-prompt configuration are owned by Unaded. You may use the service but may not copy, mirror, redistribute, or white-label any element without a written agreement.
Your inputs. You retain whatever rights you have in what you type or upload. You grant Unaded a limited license to process that content solely to generate the response you requested and operate the service.
AI outputs. Cassandra’s replies are yours to use, edit, save, and share for any lawful purpose, subject to the disclaimers in Section 4 and your own professional obligations. We claim no ownership of the text Cassandra generates for you.
“As-is” service. Cassandra is provided AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that Cassandra will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific AI output will be correct.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unaded and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Cassandra. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed USD 100, or — for paid subscribers — the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months, whichever is greater.
Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unaded and its operators from any claim arising from (a) your use of Cassandra in violation of these Terms, (b) your submission of PHI or data you did not have the right to share, or (c) your reliance on AI-generated output without independent verification.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any action arising under these Terms shall be filed in state or federal courts in California; you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Informal resolution. Before filing any action, email admin@unaded.com and give us 30 days to resolve the matter informally.
Severability. If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Unaded with respect to Cassandra.
We may update these Terms when Cassandra changes. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page and communicated to account holders by email. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Cassandra after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the changes, stop using Cassandra and contact us to close your account.
