The short version.
Sign up, grab the membership, then browse Live now or Upcoming. Pick one, hit Join. Camera off is completely fine.
💳 If a hangout charges admission, that payment goes straight to the host's own Stripe account — so they'll see your name, email, and billing address, same as any Stripe merchant.
Start to go live now, or Schedule to plan ahead. Add a description, pick who can find it, add co-hosts if you want help. Edit anything, anytime — even mid-hangout.
Every hangout has a Copy Share Link button. Whoever opens it still needs to log in and meet your visibility settings — a link never skips that.
Send friend requests from any profile photo. You control who sees your last name, bio, and friends list. Show your real profile on a hangout, use a typed name, or both.
$10/month to actually use the site — join, host, RSVP, all of it. Keeps everyone real and accountable. Separate from any admission price. Cancel anytime; no refunds on time already paid for.
Connect your own Stripe key in Account. Set a price on any hangout. Money goes straight to your Stripe — Unaded never touches it, never takes a cut.
You're responsible for your own Stripe account, including refunds and disputes — see our Terms for the full picture.
Same Stripe connection lets anyone send you a tip straight from your profile — whatever amount they choose. Yours, in full, same as admission.
Post updates, comments, and replies. See which hangouts are happening and what your friends are doing.
DM anyone directly — same rich formatting and photo/GIF support as the activity feed.
One place for everything you're hosting, co-hosting, RSVP'd to, or already in — no digging through the full lists.

A full rundown — for members, hosts, and anyone thinking about turning their following into real, recurring hangouts.
Whether you're here to hang out, build a community, or turn your following into something real — this is the whole toolkit. Questions? admin@unaded.com.
You'll always get a reminder email right when it starts. Want a heads-up earlier too?
Reminders go to the email address on your account — it's never shown publicly, only your total RSVP count is.
Other people in this hangout will see whatever you show here.
Pulls from your sample profiles only — never a real member.
This emails whoever you select a link to this hangout.

Welcome to Unaded ("Unaded," "we," "us," or "our"), available at unaded.com, including the live video hangout feature at unaded.com/live-video-hangouts/ (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Unaded lets visitors create or join live, informal video Hangouts with other people, either instantly or scheduled in advance. Anyone can start a Hangout by giving it a name and a display name of their choosing, and anyone allowed to see it can join. Camera use is optional — you may join with your camera off and simply listen. Some Hangouts are free; others require paid admission, described in Section 10 below. Each Hangout can hold up to 500 people by default — a host may set a lower maximum for their own Hangout — and there is no limit on how many Hangouts can exist, whether live or scheduled, at any given time.
A host can optionally give their Hangout a short description, and can control who is able to find or join it at all: everyone, only logged-in members, only their confirmed friends (see Section 5), or only themselves. A host can change any of these choices — including the Hangout's name, description, visibility, admission price, and (for scheduled Hangouts) its date, time, timezone, and repeat schedule — at any time after creating it, whether or not the Hangout has already started. A scheduled Hangout set to repeat continues on its own on the interval the host chose — the next occurrence is created automatically, with no need for the host to manually reschedule it each time.
A free account (created at unaded.com/register/) is required to start, schedule, join, RSVP to, or cancel any Hangout — you can still browse publicly visible Hangouts without one. Using these features also requires an active paid membership, described in Section 12 below. Because account creation requires only an email address and no further identity verification, we have no way to confirm who anyone actually is beyond that.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. Because Hangouts are unmoderated by Unaded and may contain content or interactions not suitable for minors, the Service is not directed at or intended for use by anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly permit use by anyone under that age.
This is important: Unaded does not create, monitor, review, or moderate the content of any Hangout in real time. Every Hangout is started by a member of the public, and the person who creates a Hangout acts as its host. A host may also designate one or more other members as co-hosts, who then have the same ability to manage the Hangout — starting or cancelling it, editing its details, and moderating participants — as the original host. Hosts and co-hosts have the ability to moderate their own Hangout (for example, muting or removing participants) using tools built into the video platform, and are responsible for the conduct and content of the Hangouts they manage.
Unaded does not screen who creates a Hangout, does not review what is said or shown inside a Hangout, and does not guarantee that any Hangout will be appropriately moderated by its host or co-hosts. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept that you may encounter behavior, language, or content in any Hangout — including from hosts, co-hosts, or other participants — that is offensive, inappropriate, upsetting, or otherwise not to your liking, and that Unaded is not responsible for policing this.
If you are hosting or co-hosting a Hangout, you are solely responsible for the conduct of that Hangout and for taking appropriate action against participants who behave inappropriately, including muting, removing, or ending the Hangout.
On a limited, case-by-case basis, Unaded's site administrators may create or schedule a Hangout and attribute it to another member as its host (for example, to help set something up on that member's behalf), or reassign an existing Hangout's host to a different member. Administrators may also add sample or placeholder attendee entries to a Hangout's RSVP list, drawn only from Unaded's own demonstration profiles, never from real members, to help illustrate typical activity on the platform. These entries never receive email notifications intended for real attendees.
Unaded includes an optional friends feature: you may send, accept, or decline friend requests with other members, and view a list of your own confirmed friends. Other members can view your first name, and — depending on the visibility level you choose in Account — may also be able to view your last name, your bio, and your list of friends. Available visibility levels are: everyone, logged-in members only, your confirmed friends only, or only you. You can change any of these settings at any time.
When you join, RSVP to, host, or co-host a Hangout, you choose whether to show your username and profile photo alongside it, and whether to type in a separate display name instead, both, or neither (so long as you provide at least one). Whatever you choose to show is visible to anyone who can see that Hangout, including in participant/attendee lists shown directly on the Hangout's own listing — this is separate from, and in addition to, the private analytics described in Section 13.
You can @mention another member by typing "@" followed by their username in a Hangout description, a message, an activity post, or a comment — this links directly to their profile and, depending on their notification settings, may notify them. A verified badge may appear next to a member's name once Unaded has confirmed certain details about their account; it is not a general endorsement of that member's conduct.
The video platform underlying Unaded may display an on-screen indicator when someone uses its built-in recording feature. However, this indicator only covers recording done through that built-in feature — it cannot detect or prevent someone from recording you through other means, such as a phone camera, external screen-recording software, or another device entirely. Unaded has no way to detect, prevent, or control recording that happens outside the video platform's own tools.
You should assume that anything you say or show in a Hangout could be recorded, saved, or shared by another participant, regardless of any on-screen recording notice (or lack of one). Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as your full legal name, address, financial details, or anything you would not want recorded or repeated) in any Hangout, and use your own judgment about what you show on camera.
Unaded lets you send private messages directly to other members, and post updates, comments, and replies to a shared activity feed. Messages are visible only to their sender and recipient (and, where necessary to investigate a report or violation of these Terms, to Unaded's site administrators) — Unaded does not actively monitor the content of private messages. Activity feed posts and comments can include text formatting, links, emoji, photos, and GIFs, and you choose each post's visibility: everyone, logged-in members only, your confirmed friends only, or only you. Comments and replies are generally visible to anyone who can see the post they're attached to.
Everything in Section 8 (Acceptable Use) below applies fully to messages, activity posts, comments, replies, photos, GIFs, hangout names and descriptions, your bio, and any other content you post anywhere on the Service — not only to live video and audio. Unaded does not review this content before it's posted, but may remove it, restrict your access, or take other action described in Section 9 if it violates these Terms, whether or not someone has reported it.
Unaded does not actively monitor Hangouts, messages, or posted content in real time, but you agree to comply with all applicable laws while using the Service, and the following are never acceptable anywhere on it — in a live Hangout, a message, an activity post or comment, a photo or GIF, a hangout name or description, your bio, or anywhere else. Violations may be reported to us at admin@unaded.com and, where required by law, to relevant authorities:
Unaded reserves the right, but has no obligation, to investigate reports, restrict access to the Service, or take any other action it deems appropriate in response to violations of this section — including suspending or terminating a member's access and reporting them to law enforcement. See Section 9 below for more on how this is enforced.
You can report a Hangout, an activity post or comment, a message, or a member directly from within the Service, and can block another member at any time. Blocking someone makes each of you invisible to the other across the Service — you won't see each other's Hangouts, activity, or profiles, and cannot message or friend one another while the block is in place. Blocking is separate from reporting: you can block someone without reporting them, and can report content without blocking its author.
Reports are reviewed by Unaded's site administrators, not by the host of the Hangout or the author of the content involved. Depending on what a report or our own review turns up, Unaded may take no action, issue a warning, remove specific content, temporarily suspend a member's access, or permanently ban a member from the Service — at Unaded's sole discretion, and without prior notice where we believe notice would be inappropriate or unsafe. A suspension or ban may be issued for a single serious violation of Section 8, or for a pattern of smaller violations. Unaded may also proactively suspend or ban an account it believes poses a risk to other members or to the Service, independent of any report.
If you believe your access was restricted in error, contact us at admin@unaded.com — we review these requests, but reinstatement is never guaranteed, and Unaded is not obligated to explain the specific basis for any moderation decision.
A host may charge admission to join their Hangout. All admission payments are processed entirely on the host's own, independent Stripe account — never on Unaded's. A host who wants to charge admission connects Unaded to their own Stripe account using a restricted API key that can create and verify checkout payments and process refunds on that account; it cannot access payouts, transfers, or change any other account settings. Unaded uses that key only to set up the payment and confirm afterward that it succeeded, so a guest can be let into the Hangout — Unaded is never a party to the payment itself, never holds or transmits any portion of the funds, and never sees or stores your full card number, which is handled entirely by Stripe. Many Hangouts are free to attend; a host chooses whether to set an admission price at all, and may change that price at any time, including after the Hangout has already been created or started, provided their restricted key is set up whenever a price above $0 is set.
Because payment happens directly on the host's own Stripe account, the host — not Unaded — can see your billing information for that payment, including your full name, email address, and billing address, exactly as any merchant using Stripe can see its own customers' checkout details. Unaded does not process or have any visibility into this payment, and has no ability to limit, redact, or prevent what billing information Stripe shows the host through their own account. You'll see this same notice again right before you complete payment for any paid hangout, so you know this before you pay — not just after.
Unaded charges no fee on admission. Unlike some platforms, Unaded does not take a cut of any admission price — the full amount, less only Stripe's own standard processing fee, goes to the host. Stripe's processing fee is set directly between the host and Stripe under the host's own Stripe account, and is not something Unaded controls, collects, or profits from.
Refunds and disputes. Because payment happens entirely on the host's own account, the host — not Unaded — is solely responsible for refunds, chargebacks, and disputes arising from admission they charge. If you believe you were charged in error, or a hangout did not occur as described, contact the host directly using the contact information on their Hangout, or reach us at admin@unaded.com and we'll try to help facilitate contact. You may also have the right to dispute a charge directly with your card issuer. Unaded itself has no ability to issue a refund on a host's behalf, since it never holds the funds — a host may issue one directly through their own Stripe account.
Hosts. If you charge admission through your own Stripe account, you are solely responsible for that account, its security, any tax obligations arising from admission you collect, and your own compliance with Stripe's terms of service. You are responsible for keeping your restricted API key confidential; Unaded stores it to create and verify payments (and, if needed, process refunds) on your behalf, and takes reasonable measures to protect it, but recommends you review and, if ever needed, revoke or regenerate it directly from your own Stripe Dashboard.
Any member who has connected a Stripe account under Section 10 can also receive tips directly from their profile — any other member can send them a tip of whatever amount they choose. Tips are processed the same way as admission: entirely on the recipient's own Stripe account, never on Unaded's. Unaded charges no fee on tips, and is never a party to the payment itself. Because a tip payment happens directly on the recipient's own Stripe account, the recipient — not Unaded — can see your billing information for that payment, including your full name, email address, and billing address, the same as with admission under Section 10. You'll see this notice again before completing any tip payment. Refunds for a tip are solely at the recipient's discretion, issued (if at all) directly through their own Stripe account.
Using Unaded to start, schedule, join, RSVP to, or cancel a Hangout requires an active paid membership — separate and distinct from any per-Hangout admission price described in Section 10, or any tip described in Section 11. Unlike admission and tip payments, membership billing is processed on Unaded's own Stripe account. This membership costs $10 per month, billed automatically and recurring through Stripe until cancelled. Unaded's site administrators are exempt from this requirement, and Unaded may, at its sole discretion, exempt other specific members from the membership requirement as well.
Why Unaded charges a membership fee. This fee exists to help maintain the safety and security of everyone on the Service, and the integrity of the Service itself. Processing a real payment means Unaded collects certain identifying information about each paying member — including their name, email address, and billing address — through Stripe. This gives Unaded a meaningful way to enforce these Terms against individuals who engage in harassment, abuse, or other prohibited conduct described in Section 8, including suspending their access and, where appropriate, reporting unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. Without this, members could use the Service in a fully anonymous, untraceable way, which would make it effectively impossible to hold anyone accountable for their conduct.
Membership vs. admission and tips are separate charges. Your monthly membership fee is not a credit, discount, or substitute for any admission price a host sets on their own Hangout, or any tip you choose to send. If a Hangout you want to join has an admission price, you may need to pay that price in addition to your existing membership — paying one does not cover the other.
Cancellation. You may cancel your membership at any time from your Account settings. Cancelling stops future billing, but you keep full access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for; access ends automatically after that unless you turn auto-renewal back on before then.
No Refunds. All membership payments are final. Unaded does not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused access, or any other reason, except where required by law.
If you create a Hangout or scheduled hangout while logged in, Unaded records aggregate information about it — such as how many people RSVP'd, how many joined, how long it lasted, and (if paid) how much revenue it generated — and makes this visible to you in your own Account analytics. This aggregate data does not include the names, emails, or other identifying details of individual guests. This is separate from the participant/attendee display described in Section 5, which shows whatever a guest has chosen to make public directly on the Hangout's own listing.
Separately, for security and fraud-prevention purposes, Unaded's site administrators can access additional information about who joins a Hangout, including IP address, an approximate location derived from that IP (city/region/country level), and device type. This information is not visible to hosts, and is used only by Unaded's administrators to help prevent fraud, investigate abuse, and keep the platform secure. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
Unaded lets you copy a link directly to a specific Hangout so you can share it elsewhere, such as on social media. Opening a shared link shows that Hangout's details, but does not by itself grant access to join or view it — whoever opens the link must still log in and satisfy the same requirements (membership, admission payment, and the Hangout's own visibility setting) as anyone else. A shared link is a convenience for finding a Hangout, not a bypass of any requirement described in these Terms.
Unaded sends notifications for things like mentions, replies, friend requests, hangout invitations, and hangouts you've RSVP'd to going live. You can adjust which notifications you receive at any time in Account.
Video and audio calling on Unaded is powered by a third-party video conferencing service. GIFs you can attach to a message or activity post are provided by a third-party GIF search service. Your use of these features is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices, which govern how your video/audio stream or GIF search activity is technically transmitted and processed.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any Hangout will be free of inappropriate content or conduct.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unaded and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to any content, conduct, payment, membership billing, or recording by any host, co-host, or participant in any Hangout, whether or not Unaded was advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unaded and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person.
We may restrict or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice, including for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or to the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Questions about these Terms, or reports of violations, can be sent to admin@unaded.com.

This Privacy Policy explains how Unaded ("we," "us," "our") handles information in connection with the Service at unaded.com, including the live video hangout feature at unaded.com/live-video-hangouts/.
A free account, created at unaded.com/register/, is required to start, schedule, join, RSVP to, or cancel a Hangout — you can still browse publicly visible Hangouts without one. If you create an account, standard account information (such as your username and email address) is collected under WordPress's own account system, which powers Unaded's login. Using these features also requires an active paid membership; see Section 6 below for what that involves.
When you create a Hangout, we temporarily store the room name and optional description you chose, the display name and/or profile information you chose to show, the visibility level you set (who is able to find or join it — everyone, logged-in members, your confirmed friends, or only you), any co-hosts you've added, any maximum participant limit you set, and the time the Hangout was created and last active, so that eligible visitors can see and join it. If it's a paid Hangout, we also store the price you set. A host or co-host can change any of this information — including the name, description, price, visibility, and (for scheduled Hangouts) the date, time, timezone, and repeat schedule — after the Hangout has already been created. This listing information is automatically deleted once the Hangout closes or goes inactive. Each Hangout can hold up to 500 people by default, or fewer if the host set a lower limit; there is no limit on the number of Hangouts that can exist at once. See Section 11 below for additional information collected specifically for security purposes.
If you join, RSVP to, host, or co-host a Hangout and choose to show your username, photo, or a typed display name, that information appears directly on the Hangout's own listing, visible to anyone who can see that Hangout — this is separate from, and in addition to, the private analytics described in Section 10. Reminder emails for a Hangout you've RSVP'd to are sent to the email address already on file for your WordPress account — we don't separately collect or store a different email address for this purpose.
On a limited basis, Unaded's site administrators may create or schedule a Hangout on behalf of another member (attributing it to that member as host), reassign an existing Hangout's host to a different member, or add sample attendee entries drawn only from Unaded's own demonstration profiles — never real members — to illustrate typical activity. These sample entries never receive real attendee communications.
Unaded's friends feature, built on the BuddyPress platform, lets you send, accept, and decline friend requests, and view your list of confirmed friends. We store your friend requests and confirmed friendships to operate this feature. You control, in Account, who can see your last name, your bio, and your friends list — the available levels are everyone, logged-in members only, your confirmed friends only, or only you. Your first name and profile photo, if set, are visible to other members by default as part of normal use of the Service (for example, when you're shown as a friend of someone else, or when you choose to display your profile on a Hangout). Clicking another member's profile photo shows you whatever information they've chosen to make visible to you specifically, based on their own settings.
When you @mention another member in a Hangout description, message, activity post, or comment, we detect their username in that text so we can link to their profile and, depending on their notification settings, notify them that they were mentioned.
Unaded stores the content of private messages you send, and the posts, comments, and replies you make to the activity feed, so they can be shown to their intended audience. A private message is stored and shown only to its sender and recipient. An activity post, comment, or reply is shown according to the visibility you chose for it — everyone, logged-in members only, your confirmed friends only, or only you — and remains visible to that audience until you delete it or your account is removed. Photos and GIFs you attach to a message, activity post, comment, hangout description, or your bio are stored so they can be displayed alongside that content, and are visible to whoever can see that content under its own visibility setting.
Unaded's site administrators can access this content where necessary to investigate a report or a suspected violation of our Terms of Use, described further in Section 9 below.
If you charge admission for a Hangout, payment is processed entirely on your own, independent Stripe account — Unaded's platform account is never involved in an admission payment at all. To set this up, you provide Unaded with a restricted Stripe API key, generated from your own Stripe Dashboard, that is permitted to create and verify checkout payments and process refunds on your account. That key cannot access payouts, transfers, or change any of your account's other settings. We store this key so it can be used, on your behalf, to set up a payment when a guest tries to join your paid Hangout, and to confirm afterward that the payment actually succeeded before letting them in. The same key, if connected, is also used to receive tips sent to you, described in Section 8 below. We do not store your bank details, card numbers, government ID, or any other information your Stripe account holds — only the restricted key itself, and only for this narrow purpose.
When you subscribe to Unaded's required membership, we store a link between your account and your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, along with your subscription's status (for example, active, cancelled, or past due) and renewal date, so we can determine whether you currently have access to the Service and let you manage your membership. We do not store your card number or other full payment details — Stripe handles that directly. This is a separate record from the restricted API key a host provides under Section 5; membership billing (processed on Unaded's own Stripe account) and per-Hangout admission payments or tips (processed entirely on each host's or recipient's own Stripe account) are tracked independently of each other. Unaded may, at its discretion, exempt specific members from the membership requirement; we retain a record that this exemption was granted, but nothing further about it.
Processing this payment also means Stripe verifies your name, email address, and billing address as part of completing the charge. We collect and retain this information because it lets Unaded enforce our Acceptable Use policy against members who violate it — including suspending access and, where appropriate, reporting unlawful activity to relevant authorities — rather than members being able to act in a fully anonymous, untraceable way. For details on membership pricing, billing, cancellation, and refunds, see our Terms of Use.
When a guest pays admission for a Hangout, payment is processed entirely on the host's own Stripe account, using the host's restricted API key described in Section 5. Unaded does not receive, hold, or transmit any portion of that payment, and does not receive or store card numbers or other full payment details — all of that is handled directly between the guest and the host's own Stripe account. We retain a record that a specific payment session was confirmed for a specific Hangout — not tied to the guest's name — so we can prevent the same payment from being reused to gain admission more than once. Unaded charges no fee on admission; see our Terms of Use for more detail.
Because this payment happens directly on the host's own Stripe account, the host is able to see the billing information you provide to pay — including your full name, email address, and billing address — the same way any merchant using Stripe can see its own customers' checkout details. Unaded itself never receives or has visibility into this information, and has no ability to limit, redact, or prevent what a host can see about their own paying guests through their own Stripe account. This is shown to you again directly before you complete payment for any paid hangout.
When you send a tip to another member, that payment is processed the same way as admission — entirely on the recipient's own Stripe account, using their restricted API key described in Section 5. Unaded does not receive, hold, or transmit any portion of a tip, and charges no fee on it. Because a tip payment happens directly on the recipient's own Stripe account, the recipient is able to see the billing information you provide to pay — including your full name, email address, and billing address — the same as with admission under Section 7. This is shown to you again directly before you complete any tip payment.
When you report a Hangout, an activity post or comment, a message, or a member, we store who filed the report, what was reported, a snapshot of the relevant content at the time of the report, and any reason you provided — so administrators can review it. When you block another member, we store that block so it can be enforced across the Service (hiding each of you from the other) until you remove it. Reports and the identity of who filed them are visible only to Unaded's site administrators, never to the person being reported or to other members. If Unaded suspends or bans an account under our Terms of Use, we retain a record of that action and, generally, the reason for it, for as long as reasonably necessary to enforce that decision and respond to any appeal.
If you host or co-host a Hangout or scheduled hangout while logged in, you can view aggregate analytics about it in your Account area — including RSVP counts, number of people who joined, how long it lasted, and (for paid Hangouts) revenue collected. This aggregate data does not include the names, email addresses, IP addresses, or locations of individual guests. This is separate from the participant/attendee display described in Section 2, which shows whatever a guest has chosen to make public directly on the Hangout's own listing, visible to any eligible visitor — not just the host.
Separately from the aggregate analytics described above, each time someone joins a Hangout, Unaded's site administrators collect: the IP address used to join, an approximate location derived from that IP address (city, region, and country — not a precise GPS location), and the type of device used (for example, mobile, tablet, or desktop). This information:
If you have questions or concerns about this data collection, contact us at admin@unaded.com.
Live video and audio during a Hangout are transmitted using a third-party video conferencing service. Unaded itself does not record, store, or have access to the content of your video or audio streams. When you join a Hangout, your browser requests a fresh, short-lived access credential at that moment — this credential is never embedded in a link you could copy or share, so sharing a Hangout's link with someone else does not itself grant them access; they still need to log in and meet the same requirements as anyone else. Separately, if you search for a GIF to attach to a message or activity post, that search is sent to a third-party GIF search service. Your use of either feature is also subject to that provider's own privacy practices, which govern the technical handling of your call data or GIF search activity.
The Service does not use tracking cookies to build an advertising profile of you or to serve targeted ads. The IP-based location lookup described in Section 11 happens on our server when you join a Hangout — it does not use cookies or browser tracking. If our use of cookies changes in the future, we will update this policy to reflect that.
Live Hangout listings (name, description, host and co-host information, timestamps) are removed once a Hangout closes or becomes inactive, as before. Separately, we keep a historical record of past hangouts — title, host, price, RSVP/attendance counts, revenue, and duration — for analytics purposes, viewable by the hosting account and by administrators. Friend requests and confirmed friendships (Section 3) are kept for as long as your account exists, or until the friendship or request is removed. Messages, activity posts, comments, and photos or GIFs you've attached to them (Section 4) are kept until you delete them or your account is removed. Membership records (Section 6) are kept for as long as your account exists or until your subscription is cancelled and its billing period ends, whichever is relevant. Reports and moderation records (Section 9) are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to enforce a resulting decision and respond to any appeal. The additional security-related data described in Section 11 (IP address, approximate location, device type) is kept on a rolling basis and automatically trimmed as new activity occurs.
The Service is intended for use only by individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the Service, please contact us at admin@unaded.com.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information described above, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You control what information you share when joining, RSVPing to, hosting, or co-hosting a Hangout — you can choose a typed display name, show your profile, or both, and can change your own name on a Hangout at any time after the fact. You can withdraw an RSVP you've already made at any time. In Account, you control who can see your last name, bio, and friends list, and can manage friend requests you've sent or received. You can delete your own activity posts, comments, and replies at any time, and choose each post's visibility when you create it. You can block another member at any time to make each of you invisible to the other, and can report a Hangout, post, comment, message, or member you believe violates our Terms of Use. You can adjust which notifications you receive at any time in Account. If you host or co-host a Hangout, you can change who is able to find or join it, or its maximum participant limit, at any time. If you charge admission or accept tips, you can remove your restricted Stripe API key at any time from your Account settings (this only removes Unaded's ability to use that key — it does not affect your Stripe account itself, which you continue to manage entirely on your own); we'd also recommend reviewing or revoking it directly from your own Stripe Dashboard whenever you'd like. If you have a paid membership, you can cancel it at any time from your Account settings. We recommend not sharing sensitive personal details in any Hangout, message, or post.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
